Since opening, they have been packed. So it's no surprise they made a reputation of being one of the best Latin spots in Dallas. From having a delightful dinner to parting the night away, “Te Deseo” meets expectations of a good time.
The service was excellent! I ordered the arepas that were stuffed with chicken and a special sauce on top. As I bit into the soft, crunchy maza, my taste buds exploded with the well-spiced arepas.
The drinks were fun. My favorite was the Bad Bunny Bacardi, carrot, lime, pineapple, and campari.
For dessert I tried the Flan. Which I thought the layered texture was a great twist. The top is custard and the bottom is tres leches and there's a sweet crisp right in the middle. Delicious!
Setting
Although they have a bar with a DJ right above the restaurant, the music is not overbearing. The dining hall is large enough the accommodate any group. And if you enjoy smoking they sell a variety of cigars to be smoked in the terrace overlooking the beautiful Dallas skyline.
